We always appreciate donations. Our dedicated volunteers handle your every donation ensuring your treasures are with care, respected and appreciated. To help us continue our mission effectively, we kindly ask that you only donate items that are suitable for re-sale, clean, and not broken. Please drop off your donations during store hours to ensure that items are not damaged or lost when left outside.
Clothing:
- Gently used men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing and shoes
- Clothing accessories: hats, gloves, scarves, ties
- Personal accessories: jewelry, wallets, purses, bags
- Bed and bath towels, sheets, blankets, pillions, curtains, tablecloths
Media:
- Books and magazines
Housewares:
- Toys, games, puzzles, stuffed animals
- Craft items, candles, seasonal decorations, pictures/frames, baskets
- Pots, pans, utensils, dishes, mugs, glassware, kitchen appliances (i.e coffee pots, blender)
- Bicycles, garden tools,

- Antiques and collectables
Furniture:
- Sofas, couches, loveseats, recliners, footstools, chairs

Monday – Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What We Cannot Accept:
Because we cannot repair items and have to pay for disposal, we regretfully are not able to accept:
- Mattresses/box springs (for sanitary reasons)
- Hazardous waste/materials
- Box TVs (tube, cabinet, console)
- Construction remains (i.e. carpet scraps, boards with nails, etc.)
- Firearms, stun guns, and firearms accessories
- Liquids
- Large appliances
- Old computers
- Non-functioning items
Pick-up & Delivery ( must pay for some items)
Thank you for your interest in JL VANCOUVER Thrift Stores! We offer delivery services for all items purchased from our store, subject to applicable delivery fees. For more details, please visit our store or contact us at (778) 919-3179 or email us at jlvancouverthriftstore@gmail.com. Please note that we provide curbside service only.
If you would like to donate large items and require a pick-up, please reach out to us using the same contact information. Note that all pick-ups must be approved by the Store Manager, and fees may apply. Additionally, our Delivery Driver reserves the right to refuse any donation that is dirty, damaged, or too large.
