 Delivery Policy Summary

1. Delivery Times:

   - Canada: 1-2 working days.

   - International: 3-6 working days.

   - Time calculated after order confirmation and excludes holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

2. Delivery Fees:

   - Free shipping may be available during specific sales programs, as announced on our website & at the store.

   - Delivery costs are subject to change and will be updated on our website & at the store.

3. Responsibility for Goods:

   - We are not liable for damage or lost items after the customer has accepted delivery of a requested replacement.

   - Customers are responsible for the goods once they have signed for them. Any suspected tampering should lead to refusal of delivery and immediate notification to Customer Care.

4. Communication:

   - We will inform customers if there are delays in the estimated delivery dates. However, we are not liable for any losses or costs resulting from late deliveries.

5. Lost or Damaged Items:

   - Customers must report lost or damaged items within 48 hours of receipt to allow for timely investigation.

6. Delivery Restrictions:

   - We do not ship to PO Box addresses. A valid physical address is required for delivery.

7. Order Tracking:

   - Customers can track orders using the provided tracking number and should contact Customer Care for any delivery issues.

8. Policy Changes:

   - We reserve the right to modify our delivery policy at any time without prior notice. Customers should regularly check the Website for updates.

9. Agreement to Terms:

   - By placing an order, customers agree to our delivery policy and terms. Non-compliance may result in delivery delays or issues.

Local Pick Up

We offer local pick up from our store in Vancouver, BC. Simply select local pick up when checking out & we will email you instructions when your order is ready for pick up.

Free Shipping Sales (Canada & USA addresses only qualify for Free Shipping) - During our free shipping sales we reserve the right to ship orders how we see fit. We will either ship your order lettermail (no tracking) or with tracking via UPS, Canada Post or USPS. Basically, if your order can be sent lettermail we will do so (there are size & weight restrictions for lettermail), if not it will be shipped tracked. 

If you require your order to be shipped with tracking during a Free Shipping Sale, please add a note in your order when checking out.
